Who is responsible

IQ Level Test is operated by JLF GROUP LLC, 1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste R, Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA, which is responsible for processing your personal data. For anything about your data, write to support@iqleveltest.com.

Data we collect

• Your answers and the time spent on each question;
• Your email, to send your result and give you access to your account;
• The approximate country of your connection, to show prices and comparisons;
• Payment data stays with Stripe: we never receive your full card number.
• For Pix Automático, your name and CPF are sent to Stripe (or, if it is unavailable, to Asaas), payment institutions that process Pix and register the authorization with your bank. We do not store your CPF.
• Access and usage records of your account and Premium (date, time, IP address and browser), for security, fraud prevention and to respond to payment disputes.
• If you take the Premium self-discovery tests (such as the autism traits test), your answers and result, which may reveal information about your health. We only process this data with your consent and solely to produce your result: it is never shared, never used for advertising, and you can delete it from your account at any time.

Why we use it and on what legal basis

• To run the test, show your result, process payments, manage your subscription and send emails about your account (such as your result, the reminder before renewal and receipts): to perform our contract with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Challenges and news by email, and analytics and advertising cookies: only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Access and usage records, for security, fraud prevention and to respond to payment disputes: our legitimate interest in protecting the service and our payments (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Keeping payment and tax records: our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Answers to the Premium self-discovery tests: your explicit consent, which you give before starting (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR).

We don't make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects. Your test result is calculated automatically, for your information only.

Who receives your data

Only the providers we need to run the service, bound by contract to protect your data: payment processing (Stripe and, for Pix in Brazil, Asaas), server hosting, email delivery and, only with your consent, Google and Meta to measure our ads. Some of them are in the United States or other countries outside the European Union. In those cases, the transfer is based on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. We never sell your data.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep your session and test progress. Analytics and advertising cookies only load after you consent, and you can change your choice at any time through the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of its processing and a copy in a portable format. You can object at any time to processing based on our legitimate interest, and withdraw any consent you have given, without affecting the processing carried out before. Write to support@iqleveltest.com; we reply within 15 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the country where you live or work (in Brazil, the ANPD).

How long we keep it

Results are kept while your account exists so you can look them up. Tests that were never unlocked are anonymized after 12 months.

Access, payment and terms-acceptance records are kept for up to 2 years, for security, legal compliance and to respond to payment disputes. Tax records are kept for as long as the law requires.
